Many of Levine’s colleagues have taken to the comment section under Levine’s instagram post, sharing their sadness at her departure.
Greg James, host of the BBC Breakfast Show commented: “As the old saying goes, this is the absolute pits. Expecting full Mr G on your final day. ‘F** OFF EVERYONE. I’M GONE.'”
Jack Saunders who hosts the late night show on the station said: ” Alice, I know it’s been short, but just wanted to say you make me piss myself laughing without fail every single time I hear you on the radio. Your humour is infectious!! Good luck with whatever is next xxx.”
Fellow DJ’s Chris Stark, Mista Jam, Nick Grimshaw and Cel Spellman commented on the post with lovehearts emoji’s and messages of good luck.
Levine’s last radio show will be on Sunday, August 9.
