New wildlife has arrived in Animal Crossing New Horizons in July, and it’s all connected to the swimming and diving features that can now be used in the Nintendo Switch game.
This means grabbing a Wet Suit and going into the waters surrounding your island to find what is now lurking beneath the waves.
A message from Nintendo confirms how you can get yourself ready to explore underneath waves, with the game giant telling fans this week:
“Begin your underwater exploration with a striking new Nook Inc. Wet Suit! You’ll be able to exchange your Nook Miles for this functional look. Plus, by downloading the free summer update, you’ll receive a free snorkel as a gift!
“Don your wet suit to swim in the ocean around your island! Dive deep to discover new sea creatures and then donate them to the museum.
“Discover a scallop during your deep-sea adventures, and you might encounter Pascal! If you give your scallop to this laid-back diver, he’ll gift you some fun mermaid themed DIY recipes.”
