Elsewhere, Simon also celebrated the reopening of his restaurant Greens, which has been closed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Taking to Twitter, the culinary chef thanked his fans for their support and admitted it was a “humbling” moment.
In view of his 270,000 followers, Simon shared a snap of his restaurant located in Manchester.
He wrote: “Can’t not say a HUGE thank you to everyone who’s booked @greensveggie tables for July 4 onwards. So humbling and emotional.”(sic)
His restaurant plans to reopen next month as lockdown restrictions slowly begin to be lifted.
