The star shares daughter Mia alongside professional dancer Gorka, who she met back in 2017 on Strictly Come Dancing.
They welcomed their first child, Mia, in July 2019, who is often featured in Gemma’s videos, as she balances being a working mum.
Gemma has previously spoken out on the “traumatic” pregnancy she endured on her personal Instagram account.
The former soap star told followers that she had suffered from a postpartum haemorrhage after an emergency C section.
