Christine Lampard opens up on ‘difficult’ family move as husband Frank returns to work

Loose Women panellist Christine Lampard, 41, and her co-stars Nadia Sawalha, Jane Moore and Kéllé Bryan discussed how their children have reacted to the coronavirus pandemic lockdown, on the live show this afternoon.

Opening up about her experience, Christine, who shares daughter Patricia with her husband Frank Lampard, 42, said she noticed their child had become more clingy during lockdown.

But, the presenter said it was a nice period of time for Patricia to bond with Frank, who is usually away for work as the manager of Chelsea Football Club.

She told her fellow panellists: “I’ve noticed with my little one, and she’s not even two, but she’s really, very clingy.

“And, [she] has zero interest in socialising at all and I think it’s just, I had been her world entirely.

The television star announced the news on her Instagram page alongside the caption: “Let us introduce you to our little girl. Patricia Charlotte Lampard! We’re so in love.”

Christine was pictured smiling for the camera as she laid in a hospital bed cradling their newborn, as Frank sat alongside her.

The pair named their daughter after Frank’s late mother who died from pneumonia aged 58.

Frank also has two teenage daughters Isla and Luna with his ex Elen Rivas.
