Manchester City are ready to join the race for Jack Grealish this summer – if Leroy Sane gets his move to Bayern Munich. Grealish has been linked with a move away from Villa all season with Manchester United monitoring his situation.
And his future looks away from Villa even if they do beat the drop with both Manchester clubs keen on him.
His agent Jonathan Barnett has insisted Grealish is keeping his head down and working hard to help Villa in their fight against relegation.
But, the Telegraph report that City are interested in Grealish and would make a move if Sane gets his transfer to Bayern.
That could complicate things for Manchester United who seen Grealish as an option for their rebuild this summer.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is keen to bolster his squad to boost their chances of challenging Liverpool and City in the Premier League next season.
But City stepping into the fight would give the 24-year-old a bid decision to make.

Pep Guardiola confirmed Sane ha told the club he will not sign a new deal and wants to leave, opening the door for Bayern to make a sufficient bid this summer.
City though have stressed they will make him see out his contract should a bid not meet their valuation.
Grealish’s future would seem clearer if Villa do go down – with them second bottom with six games to play – but he looks likely to leave even if they manage to stay up.
It is understood Grealish has been house hunting in the north west as he prepares to move on this summer when the season does end.
Grealish however is set to appear in court in August over an incident where a car crashed into parked vehicles.
The West Midlands Police said: “A Premier League footballer has been charged with driving without due care and attention, and failing to stop at or report a collision.
“Jack Grealish is accused of the offences in Waterside, Dickens Heath, Solihull, on Sunday 29 March.
“An investigation was launched after we responded to reports of a car hitting parked vehicles and the driver fleeing on foot.
“The 24-year-old from Barnt Green, Worcestershire, has been postal charged to appear before Birmingham Magistrates Court on 25 August.”
