Chocolates for Health Care Workers

Milène Jardine, a New York chocolatier, has added something new to its online store: the option to buy a box of chocolates ($38.50) for a health care worker. Send them to a worker the chocolatier chooses or to someone you know. To treat yourself, friends or family, there are other delights. A collection of square truffles, with creamy ganache fillings inspired by different destinations, comes in boxes of five or 15. The India and Japan collections give you a subtle taste of ginger, turmeric and black pepper. From Egypt, there’s hibiscus and mint. Chocolate bars, also drawing international inspiration, are available.
