Melania Trump news: First Lady shows off her model figure with recycled £1,600 dress

First Lady, Melania Trump, 50, is as well known for her enviable wardrobe as she is for being the wife of President Donald Trump, 74. The former model always looks immaculate for her public appearances, often choosing to wear expensive designer brands. In her latest post Melania recycled a sleek white dress that she wore earlier this year.

Despite recently turning 50, Melania still has her model figure, wearing fitted dresses that show it off.

The Slovenian-born First Lady was a model in her younger years, appearing on catwalks in Milan and Paris before heading to New York.

The style icon fronted many glossy magazine covers including Vogue, New York Magazine and Vanity Fair.

Throughout her career, Melania has turned heads for her fashion choices, and that’s not something that’s changed since she entered the White House.

“#BeBest is committed to supporting & advocating for our nation’s child welfare system,” she wrote.

“Today, I joined @POTUS for the signing of an Executive Order that will provide critical improvements to help protect the well-being & outcomes for children in foster care.”

Melania shared three photos from the moment that the President signed a new Executive Order.

In one photo, fans can see a full length of what the First Lady is wearing, and another shows a close-up as she presents the document.

Melania looked flawless in the photo, showing off her slender figure in a neat white sleeveless dress – and it’s one she has worn before.

The sleek midi dress has a high neck and a subtle black trim at the neckline and waistband.

She previously wore the smart dress for the Women of Distinction Luncheon at Palm Beach Atlantic University in February this year.

The dress was from Brandon Maxwell’s pre-fall ’19 collection, and cost around £1,500 ($1,900) on Modaoperandi.com – but it has since sold out.

The dress is very in keeping with the First Lady’s style, with Vogue previously comparing her wardrobe to that of Jacqueline Kennedy and Nancy Reagan thanks to her preference for strongly tailored pieces.

Melania also wore her signature black high stilettos for the photo, which may have been her Manolo Blahnik BBs or Christian Louboutin So Kate, two of her go-to footwear brands.

The First Lady had her highlighted hair styles into a slightly more relaxed blow dry than fans are used to seeing, with soft curls framing her face.

The white dress also perfectly showed off her glowing tan, and her makeup looked similarly chic with a sultry smokey eye.
