However, amongst comments from fans who praised her fitness levels, the mum-of-three was also inundated with messages from worried Instagram users who noticed a lump in her underarm and warned her to get it checked by a doctor.
One user pointed out: “Lump get it checked,” another said: “You have a lump in your underarm.”
Fortunately, Kym clarified the lump was nothing to worry about: “I keep telling people it’s just a muscle,” before adding: “Yeh it’s a muscle in your armpit just mine is more prominent but thank you.”
