Jurgen Klopp dancing: Watch Liverpool boss dancing in private title win celebrations

Liverpool’s 30-year wait for their 19th top-flight title ended on Thursday after second-placed Manchester City were beaten by Chelsea. The result gave Jurgen Klopp’s side an unassailable 23-point lead with seven games left and delivered the club its first Premier League crown.

“I called my family 10 seconds before the final whistle (of Manchester City’s defeat at Chelsea),” Klopp said.

“We had a Facetime call. I told them I loved them, they told me they loved me.

“Then I put the phone on the table and said ‘Leave it on, because in four or five seconds something special will happen’.

“All the other messages…maybe I should use this opportunity to say sorry I cannot answer all of them, but I can read all of them. That’s what I will do in the next few days.”

Klopp later joined in with his team’s celebrations, which took place at a so-far unnamed hotel.

The Reds boss was captured on video showing off his dance moves as the music blared.

The clip was shared on social media and showed the German coach dancing around in a Liverpool shirt while his players cheered him on.

Klopp, who took over at Anfield in 2015, is hoping to keep his title-winning squad together.

The 53-year-old has overseen a period of sustained dominance, delivering the Champions League last season before going on to clinch the Premier League this year.

Speaking to German newspaper Bild, he said: “I cannot promise we will dominate football now, nor do I know if it is time to talk about major upheavals.

“But I know our goal is to keep the team together.”

Klopp has also warned his Premier League rivals that his team will not stop in their pursuit of more success after securing the title.

“The consistency the boys showed really is so exceptional that I cannot describe it and we will not stop, we will not stop,” he told reporters.

“We really have to – and will – stay focused, we see the opportunity… but ‘will not stop’ doesn’t mean we will win everything, we just want to improve.”

He added: “The other teams, they are really good already and will be better, City is absolutely exceptional.

“So, I cannot promise we will win everything but I can promise we will try everything to improve.
