Travis Scott apparently has a new pad and his baby mama, Kylie Jenner is just as excited as he is and here’s why! The rapper reportedly spent no less than $23.5 million on the massive mansion he purchased and it sounds like it was all paid in cash!
The place is located in Brentwood, not too far from Kylie Jenner’s own brand new house which will only make co-parenting much easier and harmonious for them.
But that is not the only reason why the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star is so excited about her ex having a new pad.
Apparently, the makeup mogul is just looking forward to using her interior design skills once more.
‘Kylie is really happy about Travis’ new home purchase,’ one insider dished via HollywoodLife.
They went on to mention that while Kylie’s $36.5 million new mansion is not exactly neighboring her ex’s, it’s still only 45 minutes away.
The source close to the Jenner sister mentioned that ‘She’s really excited for him. They both are really interested in investing in real estate now and it is something they share quite a bond over. They go to one another for thoughts on it and are both well educated in the subject.’
Even though they’re no longer romantically involved, as far as the public knows, Kylie still wants to make the father of her daughter, Stormi, to feel at home in his new place.’
With that being said, ‘She may even help decorate — He asks her advice all of the time on that stuff, so that wouldn’t be surprising.’
Kylie would have a lot to do when it comes to designing the interior of this amazing place.

Apparently, the three leveled mansion has 7 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, as well as luxurious features including a home theater, sauna, gym, an infinity pool, two elevators, a wine cellar and even a 20-car auto-gallery, perfect for his car collection.
