His character had the biggest change in story arc throughout the season, as he went from loathing his father to feeling inspired by him.
The Last Kingdom Instagram account shared a video of the father and son, and one fan said: “I can see his son one day wanting to be like him.”
At the end of season four, Uhtred parted ways and left his children to choose their own paths, and fans are hoping they reunite once more.
One fan said: “I wished his son and daughter would have stayed in the end of the season and be like real family, it’s something that the main character Uhtred was looking for for a long time.”
With season five yet to be announced, fans will have to wait and see whether young Uhtred will see his father again, but it is likely they will be reunited.
