Sony’s got some good deals on its PlayStation Store right now, with a dual sale going on. First is a Remasters & Retro sale which, as the title suggests, has discounts on remastered remade editions of classic games. But there’s also a separate sale that has discounts of up to 75% on a wide variety of other titles until June 25.

Between the two, there are hundreds of games on sale. Below are our picks.

Activision Blizzard

Crash Bandicoot is at his best at the wheels of a kart. Yeah, the platforming games that made him famous are fun. But Crash Team Racing is peak CB. Mario, eat your heart out. Crash Team Racing: Nitro Fueled, a PlayStation 4 remake of the original PlayStation 1 title, is 50% off until July 2.

Activision Blizzard

Or, y’know, if you want to play the 3D adventure games that are Crash’s claim to fame, you can do that too. Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy, which contains remade versions of the original Crash Bandicoot trilogy, is $20 until July 2.

This is less remaster than reimagining: Tetris came back in surprisingly strong, dazzling form in 2018 with the Tetris Effect. Tetris Effect takes the Tetris formula and adds in the powerful element of music. That may not sound super tantalizing, especially if you’ve already played your fair share of Tetris. But the game was recieved with univesal praise upon its 2018 release. It’s $20, 50% off, until June 25.

Bethesda

Doom Eternal launched back in March to strong praise. If you want to get into Doom but have yet to play the 2016 franchise reset, titled simply Doom, it’s 50% off at only $10. Now is the time to slay some demons, if you’re into that kind of thing.

Activision Blizzard

Call of Duty games were always popular, but the one that really pushed them into the stratosphere was the fourth game in the series, Modern Warfare (not to be confused with 2019’s Call of Duty: Modern Warfare). A perrenial favorite, this one is 60% off until July 2.

EA

Burnout was one of the best racing game series in the PS2/Xbox era, so it’s a legitimate bummer that the PS4/Xbox One generation got zero new games from the franchise. On the upside, you can get Burnout Paradise Remastered, an improved version of the 2008 PlayStation 3/Xbox 360 game, for just $10 until July 2.
