During lockdown though, Oti and her husband Marius Iepure, who is also a professional dancer have been keeping those at home active with online lessons.
What Eamonn and Ruth really wanted to know though was whether Strictly Come Dancing would be returning this year despite the current pandemic.
Oti explained that the dancers know about as much as the viewers at home do at the moment.
She did promise though, that a huge amount of planning is going into trying to give Strictly fans the show they know and love come September, with maybe a few surprising but not unwelcome changes.
This Morning airs on ITV weekdays at 10am and Strictly Come Dancing is set to return to BBC One later this year.
