The Grand Tour: Jeremy Clarkson destroys fence in unaired stunt clip 'What a massive t***'

Just one episode of The Grand Tour’s fourth season has aired so far after the trio’s trip to Russia was cancelled amid the continuing coronavirus pandemic.

In episode one, Seamen, Jeremy, James and Richard race across the Mekong Delta in Vietnam using three different boats with mixed results.

Fans are eagerly awaiting the car-obsessed cohort to return to the streaming service, with the producer for the series Andy Wilman promising their adventure to Madagascar is coming soon.

In the meantime, some hilarious behind-the-scenes clips from the previous seasons have been keeping subscribers entertained.

Among them is some unearthed footage from the fifth episode of season two, which saw Jeremy Clarkson attempt some ambitious skids around an East Sussex farm in a 2006 Subaru.

In his short segment, titled Farmkhana, Jeremy gets behind the wheel of a Subaru Impreza WRX STI.

The car boasts a 2.5-litre turbocharged ‘Boxer’ four-cylinder engine that makes 276 horsepower and allows the vehicle to go from 0-62 miles per hour in an impressive 5.2 seconds.

Jeremy’s Subaru has a top speed of 158mph and makes quick work of a wooden fence after he attempts one of his more risky manoeuvres.

Jeremy then suggests: “From now on, why can’t we just shoot everything from the other side?”

To which patient director Phil Churchward responds: “I can’t just do that, the cars turning around all the time I can’t just shoot from one side it’ll look absolutely terrible.”

The Grand Tour’s host then gives the skid another try and promptly smashes into the reconstructed gate once again.

Despite Jeremy’s second-attempt mantra, ‘carefully, carefully’, the Subaru once again skids through the gate as director Phil comments ‘He’s done it again. What a massive t***’.

The crew then have to assemble the gate three times before Jeremy finally gets his daring stunt right for the cameras.

Farmkhana has since become an infamous segment in the annals of Jeremy Clarkson’s careless driving, and fans are debating to this day whether he actually ran over and killed the farm’s sheep (Amazon have confirmed he didn’t).

Jeremy Clarkson and co are off-screens for now but fans are eagerly awaiting for the Top Gear trio to return to Amazon Prime Video with a fresh round of car-based mayhem.

The Grand Tour seasons 1-4 are available to stream on Amazon Prime Video.
