Kylie Jenner Demands Forbes Retract Article That Claims She Lied Her Way To Billionaire Status

When Kylie Jenner started her cosmetics company, not many people thought that it would rise to the status that it has today. However, the skepticism if she was legitimately the youngest billionaire was pushed to the side when she posed and interviewed along with Kris Jenner for Forbes magazine.

Yesterday, a shockingly blunt report by the highly credited publication exposed the young mogul for colluding with her team to forge documents (i.e tax returns) to make her the youngest ‘self-made’ billionaire.

The general public agrees that Kylie is in no way self-made but respected that she achieved billionaire status in nearly no time. Her baby’s daddy, Travis Scott, included her accolade in his hit Sicko Mode while her sisters made congratulatory jokes about it.

On May 29, Forbes’ scathing article read: ‘The business was never that big to begin with, and the Jenners have lied about it every year since 2016—including having their accountant draft tax returns with false numbers—to help juice Forbes’ estimates of Kylie’s earnings and net worth. While we can’t prove that those documents were fake (though it’s likely), it’s clear that Kylie’s camp has been lying.’

This summoned a prompt response from the Jenner who took to Twitter to imply that they don’t have any real proof and that she has other things to worry about other than what someone else claims about her money.

Unfortunately for the mom, it’s not that simple. She proudly invited Forbes into her office and flaunted her wealth on the cover of the magazine known for money — therefore she should have to answer to it.

Jenner’s lawyers recanted by asking for a retraction.

Her lawyer, Michael Kump, says: ‘We have reviewed Forbes’ article accusing Kylie of engaging in deceit and a ‘web of lies’ to inflate her net worth. The article is filled with outright lies. Forbes’ accusation that Kylie and her accountants ‘forged tax returns’ is unequivocally false and we are demanding that Forbes immediately and publicly retract that and other statements.’

Forbes is standing by their statements that took months to investigate.
