Scott Disick needs nothing more than to focus on himself after leaving the rehab facility that violated his HIPAA rights. No one knows this better than Sofia Richie who has decided to call it quits on their relationship.
A source confirmed to E! News that the pair have called it quits but went on to say that it was for the time being.
Lately, Richie has been noticing a change in her now ex-boyfriend. Although they are still in contact with each other, they have taken the label off their relationship and Sofia has moved out of his house.
The insider spilled: ‘Sofia thinks Scott has a lot on his plate right now and thinks it’s best for them to be apart so he can focus on himself. She is only looking out for him and his best interest and it was primarily her decision for them to split. Sofia has been spending time with her family and has taken majority of her stuff out of Scott’s house.’
The added that the model wants to do her own thing while the reality star works on his health.
However, someone close to the situation doesn’t see it as a permanent situation telling the publication ‘it’s very likely they will reconcile.’
Rumors of the two breaking up started months ago but were exasperated by the fact that Scott liked old photos of him and Kourtney Kardashian kissing.
Shortly after, it was revealed that he checked himself into a rehab in the middle of quarantine. The reality star subsequently left due to the leaks of him in a Zoom meeting.
Just days ago, Scott celebrated his 37th birthday with no shoutout from Lionel Richie’s daughter.
The breakup was said to be amicable.
‘There wasn’t a fight or anything bad that happened between them.’
