Whoopi Goldberg and Meghan McCain are at war once again! The View hosts were discussing the House passing the $3 trillion COVID-19 relief bill and they definitely did not have the same opinion on it!
In fact, things got so heated between them that Whoopi ended up cutting to a commercial break!
During the episode today, Joy Behar praised the House Democrats for passing a $3 trillion coronavirus relief bill.
He also called for the Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to pass it.
At that point, Meghan started to scream, arguing that the bill was a ‘Democrat wish list.’
She continued to shout over the others until Whoopi asked for commercial, Meghan rolling her eyes.
Lately, the show’s Hot Topics segment has been more peaceful since the cast has been forced to shoot from home.
However, this time around the conservative pundit was very charged.

Meghan agreed with a Wall Street Journal article arguing that the quarantine orders have ‘turned into a working class versus elite class issue.’
While she has not explicitly said she wants the states to open up again, she did mention that she sympathizes with the people wanting to get back to work and protesting.
In other words, she generally agreed with all the other things the others were saying but what infuriated her was when Joy and Sunny Hostin made those comments about the House relief bill.
Joy explained that she was also an unemployed single mother who at some point replied on unemployment checks to put food on the table for her and her child.
‘The suggestion, somehow, that this is a culture war, that this is a class war doesn’t really make a lot of sense. What this is really about is the haves not wanting the have nots to survive this. And that is really, really serious,’ Sunny agreed.
Meghan reacted, shouting: ‘That is just ridiculous!’
‘Hold on, I just want to — let me finish my point!’ she said as Whoopi was trying to interject.
‘No, it’s a Democrat wish list! How are we going to tax people when there’s no economy?’

As Whoopi cut to commercial, Meghan was still speaking but she could no longer be heard as the narrator was announcing the next segment of the show.
