DaBaby’s New Record Goes Viral On Social Media For All The Wrong Reasons

Last night, the rapper, DaBaby, dropped a brand new record called Blame it on Baby, and social media’s reaction to it was not entirely positive. Hot New Hip Hop reported that the rapper collaborated with Future, Megan Thee Stallion, Ashanti, Youngboy Never Broke Again, and Roddy Ricch, however, the list of features didn’t save it from the wrath of Twitter users.

The outlet claims there is a large audience among his fans who seem to like the new record, however, it only has a 65% user rating on Hot New Hip Hop, which means there are people out there who aren’t big fans of the artist’s new album.

At midnight, DaBaby announced the release of the project, and he subsequently began trending on Twitter as fans eagerly began streaming the new record, however, as time passed, and as fans continued exploring, the reactions became more and more unfavorable.

Regardless of whether fans liked it or not, there’s no question DaBaby has a great work ethic. He has released not one but three albums, in total, over the last two years. This may be part of the problem, considering fans have accused him of rocking the same old style.

There are songs that fans seem to enjoy unanimously, however, including the collaboration with Megan Thee Stallion and Ashanti. Fans of DaBaby know he’s often in the headlines for unfortunate reasons, including confrontations with other men and the police.

On the 17th of April, Alexis Stone reported that the rapper was doing what he could to help out American communities struggling with the effects of the coronavirus.

Stone claimed DaBaby and South Music Group helped out healthcare workers and staff members through the donation of an Easter Dinner this past Sunday evening. The report was first revealed by The Shade Room.

The Shade Room reported that DaBaby and South Music Group were working with officials at the Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center. They brought them meals from their favorite local restaurants.
