Viewers of Shahs of Sunset know that GG is the wild card. She recently decided that she would go forth with becoming a mom without having a man in her life.
Her whirlwind marriage to Shalom is over. The two met, married, and divorced within two years.
Since then, GG has been expressing that she’d love to meet a guy who wants to have a kid — as friends.
Since that’s not plausible, Golnesa decided to use a sperm donor and implant an embryo. Just weeks ago on Shahs of Sunset, she found out that she was pregnant.
Unfortunately, she ended up having an ectopic pregnancy. To make matters worse, she had to get emergency surgery where they ended up having to remove both of her fallopian tubes.
Now, the reality star can never have a baby naturally. She recently opened up on how she felt about the heartbreaking situation.
‘I don’t fixate on things very long. I sort of get over things easily, and when that situation took place, I wanted to blame someone, I wanted to be mad at someone, and I had no one to be mad at. I’ll never forget my doctor, he was devastated when it happened because it’s almost less than a 1 percent chance of ectopic happening through IVF, so it was his first situation, and I just remember his eyes filling with tears. I kept saying to him, ‘I’m so sorry.’ I wasn’t thinking that this is happening to me. I kept thinking, ‘Oh my god, I’m sorry I failed my doctor.’ It was just, it was a lot to process, but I came out of it, and I went at it again.’
For those who don’t know, at one point in her life GG had been living recklessly and getting into trouble.
She revealed on Instagram that everything that happened was her ‘karma.’
‘I’m a strong believer in karma and I do believe I’ve done enough wrong, that this is my karma cycle. I’m not a victim and will never play the victim role. This was simply a lesson. Thank you all for the love and support. It will be a hard episode for me to watch. But thank God I am about to have baby Elijah🙏🏼’

Luckily, GG is about to be a mom. She is seven months pregnant with a healthy baby boy.
