Police pulled over Carti for expired tags and allegedly found two bags of marijuana, three guns, Xanax, codeine and oxycodone inside of the vehicle, according to a press release from the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office.

Us confirmed in February 2020 that the Real Housewives of New York City star was booked for allegedly attacking her estranged husband, Michael Wainstein, amid their tumultuous split. “This is a serious situation reflecting Ms. Wainstein’s increasingly reckless behavior that unfortunately took place in front of the kids,” Michael’s attorney, Morghan Richardson, said in a statement at the time. “The children were released to Michael’s custody yesterday and he is most concerned about protecting them. Michael is exploring all of his legal options at this time.”

Jenelle Evans’ ex-husband was arrested in North Carolina in January 2020 for one count of felony larceny and one count of felony possession of a schedule I drug (which could include heroin, LSD, marijuana or ecstasy, among other substances). He was also hit with two misdemeanors: possession of a schedule II drug (which includes substances with accepted medical use in the U.S.) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The actor best known for his roles in E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial and The Haunting of Hill House was arrested on October 21, 2019, for allegedly driving under the influence in Oregon. The musician turned himself in at a Chicago police station hours after being charged with 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse for alleged incidents that involved four victims and occurred between 1998 and 2010. (At least three of the victims were between the ages of 13 and 17.)

The Empire star was arrested on February 21, 2019, for filing a false police report after claiming he was the victim of a racist and homophobic attack that took place a month earlier in Chicago. He was charged with felony disorderly conduct. Police claimed during a press conference that Smollett staged the attack because he was dissatisfied with his salary.

Jamie Lynn Spears’ ex-fiancé was arrested in Natchez, Mississippi, on February 12, 2019, for possession of oxycodone, Xanax, lorazepam and drug paraphernalia. An arrest report obtained by Us stated that police found Aldridge “passed out” in the driver’s seat “with the vehicle still in drive.” He was in jail for four days, and later admitted to Us that his drug use has “been an issue for a while.”

The rapper was arrested and charged with battery substantial physical harm on February 2, 2019. The 31-year-old, whose real name is Shad Moss, had visible injuries on his face in his mugshot. Atlanta Police confirmed to Us that Bow Wow and the woman he allegedly assaulted, who was also charged with battery, both sustained “visible minor injuries.”

The Teen Mom OG alum was arrested on January 23, 2019, for theft and heroin possession. He reportedly ordered six whiskeys for a total of $36 at a bar in December 2018 and walked out without paying, which led to the arrest. The heroin possession charge stemmed from an outstanding warrant.

The 90 Day Fiancé star was arrested for domestic battery in January 2019 after getting into an alleged altercation with her husband, Colt Johnson. Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department officer Jay Rivera told Us Weekly that authorities arrived at the couple’s home and found that the software engineer was injured. “He had a swollen lip, and his gums and teeth were bloodied,” Rivera explained. The Brazilian reality star claimed she was the one who had been assaulted by Johnson, however, and posted a bloody selfie on Instagram with the caption, “Colt called the cops on me we argue.” Dos Santos Lima was previously arrested for misdemeanor battery against her husband in November, but the charges were dropped.

The Glee alum was arrested and charged with a DUI in December 2018 after he allegedly crashed his car onto a sidewalk, which caused his airbags to deploy, and failed a field sobriety test. The actor was booked and taken to jail, but was released on $5,000 bail shortly after. No other vehicles were involved in the incident and no one was injured.

The TV personality was arrested for domestic battery in November 2018, while her season of 90 Day Fiancé was airing. Prior to her arrest, she exhibited bizarre behavior on social media, changing her profile name to @helpmeimwithoutphone and writing, “HELP ME …HE TURNED OFF HIDE MY PHONE HELP ME HE WANTS TO CALL THE POLICE HELP ME.” Colt Johnson, who met Dos Santos Lima online and proposed five days after meeting her in Mexico, later explained in since-deleted messages, “Larissa was arrested this afternoon. She suffers from high anxiety and several (sic) depression. She over reacted to problems that do not exist.” Dos Santos Lima was arrested a few months earlier on a similar charge, which was later dismissed.

The Big Brother season 19 star turned herself in to Florida police on November 6, 2018, less than a month after giving birth to her son, Loyal. She was charged with a third-degree felony of criminal mischief and released on her own recognizance less than an hour later.

Five months after he was convicted of drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand, the disgraced comedian was sentenced to three to 10 years in prison in September 2018. Judge Steven O’Neill then denied Cosby’s bail and he was transported to state prison.

Ravenel surrendered to Charleston police after a warrant was issued regarding an alleged incident in 2015 with his former nanny, who claims he was naked and tried to force her to have sex with him. Ravenel, who has also been accused of sexual assault by another woman, was released the same day.

The former That’s So Raven star was arrested in Las Vegas in September 2018 for burglary. According to TMZ, he was caught on camera changing the locks inside Legends Restaurant & Venue, which is owned by Brown’s friend Danny Boy. Boy denied Brown’s claims that the actor was there to change the locks to police.

Avgeropoulos, who stars as Octavia Blake on The CW’s sci-fi series The 100, was arrested in Los Angeles for felony domestic violence against her boyfriend in August 2018. The actress, who was visibly emotional in her mugshot, was released on a $50,000 bond.

Us Weekly confirmed on August 6 that Weiss, who is best known for his role as Greg Goldberg in The Mighty Ducks film franchise, was arrested for public intoxication in Oroville, California. The former child actor, now 39, was booked into Butte County Jail. Weiss was previously arrested for possession of a controlled substance and petty theft in 2017.

The singer, who welcomed a baby girl with wife Cardi B earlier this month, was booked on four separate charges: possession of firearm by a felon and possession of a weapon during a crime, possession of marijuana (one ounce or less) and improper lane change.

The porn star was arrested while performing at a strip club in Columbus, Ohio, on July 11. She was charged with three misdemeanor counts of illegally touching a patron. Her attorney, Michael Avenatti, called the arrest “a setup & politically motivated” in a series of tweets. He added that Daniels, who is suing President Donald Trump over a nondisclosure agreement about their alleged affair, plans to plead not guilty and “will vehemently contest all charges.”

He was released an hour later after he posted $2,000 bail. His warrant was dated in April 2017 when the star allegedly punched a photographer during a club appearance.

The ex-girlfriend of Ronnie Ortiz-Magro was arrested in Las Vegas on June 24, 2018. A source told Us Weekly exclusively that Harley allegedly hit the Jersey Shore: Family Vacation star in the face during an argument after a barbecue. “He asked [her to] pull over and let him out of the car. She stopped, and Ronnie tried getting out and got caught in his seatbelt. Jen started driving away, dragging Ronnie,” the source claimed. The couple’s daughter, Ariana, then 2 months, was in the back seat of the vehicle at the time of the incident. Harley was released from jail the next day.

The Melrose Place alum was taken into custody on June 24, 2018, for two counts of misdemeanor battery on a police officer and emergency personnel. The arrest came exactly one week after she was hospitalized in Thousand Oaks, California, to undergo a psychiatric evaluation in the wake of her recent erratic behavior.

The Melrose Place alum was arrested at her home in Thousand Oaks, California, on February 25, 2018, on a felony charge of domestic violence and three counts of misdemeanor battery on a peace officer. The Ventura County Sheriff’s Office told Us that Locklear said she sustained injuries and was evaluated at a local hospital before being transported to jail. She posted $20,000 bail the next morning.

The Real Housewives of New York City star, 52, was arrested on Christmas Eve 2017 and charged with allegedly kicking a police officer, disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest with violence and crimes against a person in Palm Beach, Florida. De Lesseps allegedly told people, “I’m going to kill you all,” before her arrest. The charges come almost a year after the Bravo star married Tom D’Agostino Jr. in Palm Beach on New Year’s Eve. They announced their divorce just seven months later amid rumors of D’Agostino’s infidelity.

The Glee alum was arrested for domestic battery in West Virginia on November 25, 2017, after an altercation with her husband, Ryan Dorsey, at their home. The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office told Us Weekly that the actress and her husband had been arguing over their 2-year-old son, Josey, and that alcohol may have played a role in the incident. Dorsey claimed that Rivera struck him in the head and bottom lip as they were talking their son for a walk.

The Charmed alum, 44, was arrested after turning herself into police on November 14, 2017, for felony possession of a controlled substance. Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Police Department previously told Us that there was a warrant out for McGowan’s arrest after she allegedly left behind a personal item on a flight to Washington D.C. in January that, once examined, revealed traces of a narcotic substance. McGowan spoke out about the warrant, which came in the wake of her denouncing Harvey Weinstein and sexual harassment in Hollywood. “Are they trying to silence me?” she tweeted on October 31. “What a load of HORSES–T.”

He failed several field sobriety tests and his blood alcohol concentration was 0.20 percent, more than double the legal limit. The victim was later pronounced dead at a nearby hospital. Soules called 911 after the accident and told a dispatcher he wasn’t sure if the other driver was breathing. He allegedly left the scene and was later handcuffed at his home.

Kennedy reportedly told police that the man he was fighting used a derogatory word against his friend. Robert Kennedy Jr. later defended his son's actions. "Conor has always reacted against bullying. I’m happy he stood up for his friend," he told The Aspen Times. "I’m very sorry it turned into a police incident. [Conor’s] not liking the attention."

Witherspoon later apologized for the incident, saying she was "deeply embarrassed" by her behavior.

The Melrose Place actress was arrested on suspicion of DUI on Sept. 27, 2008. Though a blood test detected no alcohol or illegal narcotics in Locklear's system, the district attorney argued that her prescription medications for anxiety and depression may have impaired the actress' driving ability. The TV star pleaded no contest to reckless driving and the DUI charges were dropped. Locklear was sentenced to three years of informal probation, a DMV driver safety class and a $700 fine.

On Nov. 5, 2007, in Chicago, the Transformers actor was repeatedly asked to leave a Walgreens store because he appeared to be drunk. When LaBeouf refused, security called the local police. Gibson was arrested on July 28, 2006, in L.A. for drunk driving. Police officers caught the Braveheart actor speeding. After taking a breathalyzer test — and blowing a 0.12 — the star went on an anti-Semitic tirade. "I acted like a person completely out of control when I was arrested, and said things that I do not believe to be true and which are despicable," Gibson said in his formal apology. He pleaded guilty to his drug possession charges in June 2005 and received three one-year suspended prison terms. The actor was also ordered to pay $540 in fees.

Amanda Bynes

On Apr. 4, 2012, the former child star was arrested after her BMW accidentally sideswiped a police car around 3 a.m. in West Hollywood. Bynes refused to take a breathalyzer or drug test, and she was taken into custody; the star was released hours later. After being formally charged with a DUI in June, Bynes pleaded with Barack Obama on Twitter. "I don't drink," she vowed. "Please fire the cop who arrested me. I also don't hit and run. The end."

Armie Hammer

The Lone Ranger star was arrested on Nov. 20, 2011, after his Ford U-Haul was pulled over at the U.S. Border Patrol checkpoint in Sierra Blanca, TX. Police officers discovered .02 ounces of marijuana, and Hammer spent a day in jail before paying $1,000 bond. Prosecutors later dropped the charges against the actor.

Nicole Richie

Richie's black Mercedes SUV was seen driving in the wrong direction on the highway on Dec. 11, 2006. The Simple Life star was arrested in Burbank, CA, and released on $15,000 bail. She pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor for DUI and admitted to using marijuana and Vicodin before getting behind the wheel. In July 2007, the fashion designer was sentenced to four days in jail, though she only served 82 minutes due to overcrowding. Richie later completed an anti-drinking driver education program.

James Brown

On Jan. 1 2004, the Godfather of Soul was arrested in Aiken County, SC, on a domestic violence charge. Tomi Rae Hynie claimed the singer had pushed her to the floor during an argument at their home. In June, Brown pleaded no contest to the domestic violence incident. Instead of serving jail time, Brown was required to forfeit a $1,087 bond.

Blac Chyna

Rob Kardashian’s girlfriend was arrested at the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport in Texas on Jan. 29, 2016, for public intoxication. According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, the TV personality was kicked off her British Airways flight from Texas to London. She was later charged with drug possession after police found two small pills that equaled 1.26 grams of ecstasy in her bag.

Bruno Mars

The “Uptown Funk” crooner was arrested on suspicion of narcotics possession in Las Vegas in September 2010. Police confirmed that Mars (real name: Peter Hernandez) was in possession of 2.6 grams of cocaine. He pleaded guilty in February 2011, and was sentenced to probation and had to perform community service and attend drug counseling. He also had to pay a $2,000 fine.

Austin “Chumlee” Russell

The Pawn Stars personality was taken into custody on March 9 on 19 drug charges and one weapon charge. Police found methamphetamine, marijuana and at least one gun in the History Channel star’s home while serving a search warrant in a sexual assault investigation, according to the Las Vegas Sun.
