Could it be the last gala of the month? Possibly longer? On March 9, a few days before New York State banned most gatherings of more than 500 people because of the coronavirus outbreak, the Art Production Fund held its 10th annual gala at the Seagram Building. The fund, which commissions public art projects, honored Tom Sachs and Sarah Hoover.
