Pet-ownership comes with responsibilities, entered around the welfare of the animal. Often this means leaving a pet in the care of a friend of professional when going on holiday. However, this influencer had other ideas.
The woman decided to take her cat with her on her jaunt to the Grand Canyon.
As if this wasn’t enough, the woman decided to treat her pet to a close up view of the canyon, in a death defying stunt.
It seems most internet users were applauded at her behaviour.
The video, which has gone viral on Instagram account “Influencers in the Wild”, sees the woman holding a grey and white cat, which is in a harness.
The woman has clearly jumped over the railing at the national park, which has been erected to keep people safe.

The Instagram account captioned the image: “How do you make standing on the edge of a cliff 100x more dangerous? Bring a cat. On a leash. And stand SO close to the edge.”
The video prompted fury from a number of viewers, who considered the behaviour cruel.
One wrote: “Alright this one really p***** me off. That poor cat. Wtf is wrong with people.”
Another said: “That is sheer stupidity… go endanger yourself for a pic if you like but leave other living beings out of it.”
Two women have been caught in a viral post doing something others have slammed as “dirty”.
The image has since been shared to Instagram account @PassengerShaming where it has amassed 534 comments and 8,811 likes.
In the image, the economy cabin of a commercial aeroplane can be seen, with rows of seats stretching back along the wall of the place.
It seems the two women seated in the middle of these rows were desperate to stretch out their legs mid-flight.
