Khloe Kardashian made a decision for her daughter and herself. Entertainment Tonight recently reported that the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star spoke with Kourtney for her new website, Poosh, to talk about the stresses that came with breastfeeding her daughter back in 2018.
Khloe began the conversation by stating that she remembered when Kourtney would always talk about how great it was for her to breastfeed, whereas, Khloe was finding it difficult. The reality star admits she tried all of the supplements and changes in diet, but nothing ever worked, much to her chagrin, especially when Kourtney would say how great it was.
Khloe explained that she would pump breast milk, and then her daughter would wake up and want more, but her breasts would bleed. “It was horrible,” the reality star explained. According to the mother of True Thompson, she was annoyed by Kourtney’s tips, because none of them seemed to work for her.
In other words, Khloe struggled to make it all work in the same way. Kourtney, on the other hand, admitted it wasn’t always easy, stating that once she figured “latching” out, it got a bit easier. Khloe went on to say that it wasn’t the pain, it was the fact she wasn’t producing enough milk.
Additionally, the Kardashian sister admitted she was under tremendous stress at the time, mostly because there was the Tristan Thompson cheating scandal – the first one. It went public just a few days before she had True.
Khloe added that it must’ve been part of the reason why she wasn’t able to produce milk. “It was just a lot.” When True started to lose weight, her doctors told her it would be better to supplement with baby formula. Khloe added that the very first time she had to give her baby formula felt like a failure.

Thankfully, when Khloe finally came out and said she wasn’t going to breastfeed, she received a lot of positive feedback from friends, family, and social media followers. She was honest and people genuinely appreciated it.
