The Good Doctor season 3 cast: Who are the guest stars in Fixation?

The Good Doctor showed its penultimate episode yesterday (Monday, March 2) which left fans divided as Lea Dilallo (played by Paige Spara) continued to reject Shaun Murphy (Freddie Highmore), refusing to make their relationship a romantic one. But besides from the ongoing personal drama in the ABC medical series, there were plenty else going on in the hospital, including a number of guest stars. So which actors made a brief appearance in the show?

Warning: This article contains spoilers from The Good Doctor season 3’s Fixation.

In last week’s episode, Lea silently rejected Shaun’s idea of them getting together but the young doctor continued to try and prove to her that there was still hope for them.

However, enough was enough by the end of the episode and Lea bluntly said: “Shaun, you are autistic. You can’t fix that.

“You are who you are, and I am who I am, and the two of us will never work.”

Clearly angry and upset, Shaun walked away without saying another word, potentially leaving their friendship in jeopardy.

Wes – Harold Perrineau

Actor Perrineau also starred in The Good Doctor’s Fixation as former drug addict Wes who now works with at-risk youths.

He goes to the hospital with an infection but had to go into emergency surgery as the infection had spread to his aorta valve.

Following the surgery, he is told he has significant tissue damage and that the infection had stopped blood flow to his kidneys and would be in need of a transplant.

One of the teenagers who he helps was there at the hospital and asked to be his donor but despite being a match, Dr Audrey Lim (Christina Chang) doesn’t think it’s a good idea as he is so young and instead lies to the teen, telling him he wasn’t a match after all.
