Kate Middleton: How does she stay in shape? Diet & exercise behind enviable slim frame

Kate Middleton and her husband, Prince William, have three children together. Despite a busy family and work life, Kate seems to still find the time to stay fit and healthy. Does the Duchess follow an exercise and diet plan?

The Duchess of Cambridge has shown her love of sport many times over the years and is happy to join in sports on official events.

Speaking to Mail Online, a source gave a look into the exercise plan she has followed in the past.

They told the publication: “Kate is an exercise junkie. Pippa and Kate take their toned physiques extremely seriously.

“She and Pippa enjoy strenuous make-up-free aqua aerobics sessions and larky water polo with William and Harry,” an insider told the publication.”

As well as staying active, Kate is thought to focus on eating healthy home cooked meals.

Speaking in BBC’s A Berry Royal Christmas in 2019, Kate told Mary Berry she cooks with home grown produce.

Those who follow the strict plan will fill up on foods low in carbs and high in protein.

First created in France, the plan has different stages and dieters eat unlimited protein for the first week.

Other foods are gradually added in over the course of the plan and the last phase allows slimmers to be more flexible.
