Melania Trump to attend adorable ‘happiness’ class with Donald Trump during India visit

Melania, her husband and both advisers will travel to Ahmedabad, Agra, and New Delhi. The First Lady will attend a happiness curriculum class at a Delhi Government school during her visit to the capital next week.

According to IndianExpress, Melania will attend the class on February 25 and will be accompanied by Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal, as well as Deputy Chief Minister and Education Minister Manish Sisodia.

The happiness curriculum began in July 2018.

The programme is part of the Delhi government’s education sector and helps children relieve stress.

The programme also teaches children to meditate and be open about issues that are troubling them.

Students spend 45 minutes a day meditating and telling stories as well as sharing their experiences.

Donald and Melania will fly to Ahmedabad on February 24.

An event is scheduled to be held at the Motera cricket stadium which will be attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

After the event, they will depart Agra and visit the Taj Mahal before proceeding to Delhi.

A senior official said: “Happiness classes have been a big hit with people across the world.

“Whenever our officers go abroad for any education-related conference, they are asked about the innovative programme.

“In this case, too, there is interest in this specific programme.”

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia will not accompany First Lady Melania Trump to government schools.

Both were allegedly “dropped” from a list of people who will be present at the school at the same time as Melania, according to sources.

The US embassy reportedly said to the Delhi government that it does not want the event to “turn political”.

Officials in the Delhi government reportedly claimed that the embassy had “initially agreed” to the Chief Minister and his deputy but then on Thursday they allegedly changed their mind, according to the IndianExpress.
