One concerned citizen thought it would be Okay to warn Salma Hayek about the danger of overdoing it with the Botox but the actress made sure to respond and let them know she hasn’t actually done any! The person commenting also tried to compliment her by saying that she doesn’t need it but Salma mockingly said that she was actually considering since it ‘maybe it’s time’ and thanked them for the ‘advice.’
It all started with Salma sharing a new pic on her Instagram page.
She looked youthful and radiant as always even with minimal to no makeup and that apparently made one follower suspicious that she might have injected some Botox in her face since she looks nowhere near 53 years old!
Her response? – ‘I don’t have Botox. But thank you for the advice. I was thinking maybe it’s time.’
While she remained calm and kind in her reply, it does sound like the actress was virtually rolling her eyes at the random stranger making comments like that about her appearance without knowing anything about it.
The snap that sparked the unnecessary comment showed Salma looking beautiful and happy at the beach with no makeup on.
This is not the first time she talks about Botox and what she’s said before actually makes her response to the troll seem even more sarcastic.
Back in 2017, during an interview with Dujour magazine, she explained that ‘I don’t believe in Botox because your face doesn’t move, and it’s something you have to do for the rest of your life, more and more every time. I don’t look at things short term; I think of longevity. Listen, if there was something that you could do that would actually keep you looking good, I would do it.’

‘But I’m in love with my husband, and I want to look like a lovely lady when I am 70. I want him to see me and think, ‘Okay, my girl is old now, but there is still beauty there.’’
