“Whenever we move our eyes down, it means we are accessing a feeling, usually a feeling of sadness.
“Also, I can see when they talk, they tend to take a deep breath and look down, disengaging for a moment, which is a key sign from their body language that they are still suffering with sadness coming into their bodies.”
When speaking publicly about the couple’s decision to move away from royal life, Prince Harry said he was “taking a leap of faith”, adding he felt “there really was no other option.”
Mr Davies has said, however, that Harry is likely to repeat this pattern and need another big change in the future because he will once again face his inexplicable and insurmountable grief.
