Janette Manrara: ‘To our future’ Strictly pro celebrates milestone with Aljaz Skorjanec

Strictly Come Dancing star Janette Manrara, 36, tied the knot with her husband Aljaz Skorjanec in 2017 after a two-year engagement. The Latin champion has since taken to Instagram to share a heartfelt post about her beau as he celebrated his 30th birthday today.

In view of her 331,000 followers, the Cuban-born dancer shared a sweet snap of her Aljaz holding up a birthday cake as he gave the thumbs-up sign.

Janette praised her husband for putting a smile on her face even through the “hardest of times”.

She wrote: “Happy 30th Birthday Bučko… Your smile brings joy to my heart even in the hardest of days; always. I’ll hold you tight forever. Thank you for loving me unconditionally; fully and deeply. Me and you through it all together. I love you.”

The heartwarming message comes after Janette paid another sweet tribute to her beau in a throwback snap yesterday.

The picture sees a young Aljaz smartly dressed in a black pinstripe suit and bowtie, with a serious expression on his face as he poses for the camera.

Alongside the image, Janette wrote: “Happy 30th Birthday my love! You mean the world to me and more! Here’s to our future together and the many more exciting things to come! I love you!!!”

Aljaz also celebrated his special day on Instagram.

He shared a picture showing him working out with a skipping rope in a grey tracksuit. “That’s it… I am 30… wow,” he wrote.

The Slovenian dancer spilled: “Definitely in the future, yes, we do want to have kids, of course.”

”We both love kids. And especially now, my little niece brings it out even more. I can’t wait – every single time when I get a chance to go home – to go and see her.”

He went on: “Plus, we’re going to be godparents, brilliant, we just found that out.

“So I can’t wait! It’s the first time. It’s exciting, isn’t it?!”

Aljaz and Janette got married back in July 2017 in a stunning London ceremony surrounded by their family and friends.

The couple, who have been together for almost 10 years, then went on to tie the knot another two times in their respective home nations, the USA and Slovenia.

Speaking about their nuptials at the time, Janette told OK! Magazine: “It was the happiest two weeks of our lives. To say we got to walk down the aisle, exchange our vows and celebrate our marriage three times is really nice.”

She added: “Most people only have the one day. We would do it all again – all three weddings were just perfect.”
