Supermarkets Iceland and Co-op have issued food recalls via the Food Standards Agency. Which products are under the recall notice?

Iceland is recalling Iceland Vegetable Lasagne as it may contain pieces of plastic/rubber.
The possible presence of plastic/rubber makes this product unsafe to eat.
Iceland Vegetable Lasagne, 500g, best before 03 August 2021.

Iceland are not the only ones to have recalled food items due to the possible contamination with rubber.
Nestlé UK Limited have also taken the precautionary step of voluntary recalling Nestlé Ski Yogurt Variety Pack With Fruit Pieces.
This is because it may contain small pieces of black rubber, due to an “isolated incident in their fruit supplier manufacturing process”.
