Amber Rose Reveals Kobe Bryant’s Passing Led To Her Decision To Get A Forehead Tattoo!

Amber Rose made quite a lot of headlines when she revealed her new forehead tattoos reading the names of her two sons. But while her fans were generally not happy about her ‘ruining’ her ‘pretty face’ like that, it turns out that the model had a very touching reason to do that.

Apparently, Amber was inspired to just go for it by the tragic passing of basketball legend Kobe Bryant!

While a guest on Fox Soul’s One On One With Keyshia Cole yesterday, Amber started with ‘You know, I got to be honest’ when she was asked about her new tattoo which is pretty big and sits right under her hairline.

She went on to state that ‘I don’t want this to sound corny but after Kobe died, it made me reflect on my own life. I do not want people to be like, ‘oh Kobe died, and she got a tattoo?’ but it was sort of like that. I thought about my dad, and he had cancer when he was only 40. He went through remission, and he is good, but he almost died, and I am 36. And I have been wanting this tattoo for a long time, so I was like, ‘you know what? Life’s so short. Just do it. Live your best life with no regrets.’’

The star made it very clear that he has no regrets now that she’s finally done it.

Now, the words, ‘Bash’ and ‘Slash,’ which are the names of her two boys, are inked on her forehead as a permanent tribute to them.

But Amber got a lot of criticism over the tattoo to the point that she had to address it.

That being said, she took to her IG to write: ‘For the people that are telling me I am too pretty for a face tat, are the same people who would tell me that I am ‘too pretty’ even if they thought I was ugly and lie to me. Or, they would just tell me I am ugly. So, either way, the moral of the story is do whatever the f**k you want in life.’
