Ajax have announced they’ve reached an agreement with Chelsea for the transfer of Hakim Ziyech. In a statement that confirmed the Morocco international will link up with the Premier League champion in July.
The deal is worth £33.3million and could rise to £36.7m should certain incentives get reached.
With Ziyech, Chelsea have landed one of Europe’s hottest stars with 49 goals in 160 matches for Ajax.
Last season he won the Dutch title and KNVB Cup and in 2018 was named Dutch footballer of the year.
The arrival of Ziyech will enhance the competition for places at Stamford Bridge with Callum Hudson-Odoi, Christian Pulisic, Willian and Pedro.
