Blizzard down reports are surging at the moment among Overwatch and WoW players with login queue errors reported.
Independent outage monitor Down Detector has seen a spike in Blizzard down reports today.
Out of those affected some 54 per cent are experiencing login issues while 44 per cent have been hit with Blizzard server issues.
The Down Detector outage map says the Blizzard server issues are mainly affecting users in the UK and Europe.
The official Blizzard CS EU customer support Twitter has confirmed the server issues and said they are investigating it.
The @BlizzardCSEU_EN account tweeted: “We’re currently investigating an issue affecting our authentication servers, which may result in failed or slow login attempts. #BlizzCS”.
As the Blizzard down issues hit users took to social networking site Twitter to report the problems they were facing.
Responding to the Blizzard CS EU tweet about the outage, one fan tweeted: “Not just that, but disconnected games and high latencies in Overwatch. Happened to everyone, at least in EU.”
While another posted: “I was playing mw and suddenly it logged me off and placed me in a 24 minute queue to login to”.
And one wrote: “I just wanted to play Overwatch”.
