Diane was forced to leave the show in 1996 when she suffered a neck injury but later trained to be a fitness instructor and psychotherapist.
Meanwhile, she dished on whether viewers will ever see the programme make a return and admitted she would hope to see Gladiators return for their 30-year anniversary.
She explained: “Absolutely [I would love to see Gladiators return]. I am full of hope that in two years time, when the show is 30-years-old, it will come back in some way, shape or form.”
Speaking of her former colleagues, Diane gushed: “All my Gladiators friends – men and women – are wonderful people. Really lovely to work with.”
