Shkyo and new co-star Ralf joined Alex Jones and Matt Baker on The One Show earlier this week as she was forced to tell the story of how she ended up in crutches.
The pair spoke about the five-a-side football matches Ralf takes part in as the topic quickly turned to Shyko’s mysterious injury.
The star said: “We are quite hardcore out there, in the heat. No, it was in the middle of one of the last episodes and I was doing a continuous stunt.”
Ralf added: “I feel like I should say, nobody told you to, by the way! It was entirely your choice!
