Piers’ post comes after he appeared alongside Susanna on Loose Women on Tuesday to discuss their trip to Hollywood for the glamorous awards ceremony.
The outspoken journalist joked that his co-star was “sitting further down the plane” than him in a cheeky remark.
Piers admitted he wouldn’t be sitting with Susanna when Loose Women panelist Ruth Langsford asked the duo when they would be travelling to America.
Susanna seemed stunned when Piers said “tomorrow”, as she replied: “Oh right. Well, I’ve got a few more days at work.”
