“It’s hard, but you support each other throughout,” Kym explained.
She continued: “It’s a shared experience, I’m the one at home watching Coronation Street eating chocolate.
“Scott’s the one that’s out there doing stuff that potentially might put him in danger and sleeping on the ground, so actually I have the easier part but he would say I don’t.”
Her beau agreed the time away from one another was difficult but said he feels for Kym and his loved ones at home more than himself.
“Going away is always hard but it’s easier for us because we’re the ones who volunteer for it,” Scott spilled.
