Since becoming the First Lady, Melania launched the Be Best initiative to help protect children from cyberbullying and opioid abuse.
Yesterday, she shared a post about the campaign before attending the event.
It read: “For the first time in 29 years, drug overdose deaths have dropped by 4.1 percent and life expectancy has increased for the first time in 4 years!
“Proud of this administration for ensuring a safer and healthier future for our nation’s children. #BeBest”
