PS4 gamers have been given a huge reason to switch to Xbox Series X in 2020

Meanwhile, we still haven’t heard how the PS5 backwards compatibility system will work.

The good news for Sony is that PS Now is a well-established alternative to Xbox Game Pass, offering Cloud Gaming options.

But another feature Microsoft is pulling out the bag is Project xCloud, which looks set to become more important as the years go by.

Project xCloud will make it possible to play your Xbox games on a number of different devices, via streaming.

PS Now isn’t coming to mobile phones, but we know that Project xCloud is. But the key here is that Microsoft is mixing together its best features.

We don’t know how much Project xCloud will cost but we do know that you will be able to stream games you own, and titles from the Xbox Game Pass.
