Terry Crews has decided to apologize to Gabrielle Union, and her husband and basketball star, Dwyane Wade, has decided to answer.
On Friday, Terry revealed that he had a change of heart after throwing Gabrielle under the bus.
Terry, more or less bashed Gabrielle, who made shocking allegations of racism on the set of America’s Got Talent. Gabrielle was fired from the show after her story went viral.
Terry, who was mercilessly dragged for his comments, opted to apologize in a series of tweets where he apologized publicly: “I want you to know it was never my intention to invalidate your experience — but that is what I did. I apologize. You have been through a lot in this business, and with that, I empathize with the struggle toward fairness and equality in the workplace.”
He also tweeted: “I hear you, I respect you and understand you. I am sorry, and I am here to support you. I spoke from my own personal point of view without first taking into consideration someone else’s experience.”
Terry went on to praise Gabrielle and called her “a role model to the entire black community.”
He also shared: “I told

a while ago, he needed 2 “acknowledge the pain of other people.” Right now, I have to do the same thing. I want to apologize for the comments I made. I realize there are a lot of Black women hurt and let down by what I said and also by what I didn’t say.”
He also said: “I allowed disrespectful comments directed at my family and me to cause me to react angrily instead of responding thoughtfully. This certainly caused more harm, and it is my hope that I can amend any pain I have caused to those who were hurt by my words.”
Gabrielle has not responded to Terry’s apology, but her husband did. Dwyane said, “Someone, please take @terrycrews phone.”

Another social media user revealed: “And somebody take #dwaynewade phone too!! At this point, we tired of all y’all asses now chile!!! Y’all all go sit y’all asses down somewhere!!!😩😩”

Terry will have to apologize some more for this to go away.
