Coronavirus death toll: How many have died from deadly virus? How many infected?

Since first emerging in Wuhan, coronavirus has killed 81 people, all of which have been in China.

The number of infected is close to 3,000 but there are thousands more suspected cases.

In the UK, 73 people have been tested for the deadly virus and all came back negative.

The virus has spread to 12 countries worldwide, including France, the US, Australia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Taiwan, Nepal and most recently Sri Lanka, where a Chinese tourist fell ill on January 25.
