The Vanderpump Rules kids are all grown up now. All of the main cast have recently purchased their own homes and the latest one to join the club is Stassi Schroeder.
Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor, Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz, and Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval have all purchased similar looking houses in the same neighborhood. While Kristen Doute bought a house in a different neighborhood that suits her style.
However, all of the aforementioned have been main cast on Vanderpump Rules (or at least for a few seasons) which makes it easy to see how they could afford their new residencies.
When Stassi Schroeder, who is a season one OG that took a few breaks in between, bought a $1.7 million beautiful home in the Hollywood Hills, inquiring minds want to know if her fiance (who has just officially joined the cast) is also on the deed or if he is freeloading.
The reality star took to her podcast where she and Beau revealed exactly who owns the house and how they will be splitting the bill.
During the episode of Straight Up With Stassi, she announced: ‘Well, I purchased my first home. This is very exciting.’
She let her listeners know that the house is in her name but Beau is also doing his part.
Beau chimed in to say: ‘I’m not freeloading… I’m not living there for free, people! Trust me, I’m doing my damn part. Sorry… I’m not an author and I don’t have a nice chunk of change after I sold a bestselling novel to drop down X-amount of money on this amazing house.’
Beau praised his independent soon-to-be wife but make no mistake — he will be paying utilities and part of the mortgage.
The two have yet to officially move in but they have gone through the process of buying the pricey place over the holidays.
