Megan Olivi bombarded with messages during UFC 246 broadcast ahead of McGregor vs Cowboy

Megan Olivi was bombarded with messages on Twitter as she hosted the coverage for UFC 246 ahead of Conor McGregor’s return to the Octagon. Olivi is now a key part of the UFC broadcast team, working for ESPN and the BT Sport coverage.

And UFC fans went wild on social media while she was in action of McGregor’s return to the sport in Las Vegas.

“The real story of #UFC246 is how Megan Olivi out-jacketed Bruce Buffer,” one fan wrote on Twitter.

Another wrote: “Megan Olivi is a d**n smoke show.”

And another said: “I know you won’t acknowledge my tweet or see it

After she announced she would be working for ESPN+ for the PPV event, one fan responded: “Excellent communication skills and such a true professional at what you you do!! So happy of your incredible journey looking forward on seeing lots more of success and love your outfit tonight @MeganOlivi”

Olivi previously hosted the UFC Ultimate Insider on Fox Sports 1, but now looks set to be a permanent fixture on paper view fight nights.

She wore a sparkly blue jacket for the night and was compared to Bruce Buffer throughout.

But fans were pleased with her delivery and her move into the PPV world.
