Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans is apparently spending time with her estranged husband David Eason again, even though she accused him of domestic violence and had a restraining order against him. The duo was spotted in Nashville, Tennessee, along with their daughter, Ensley, just after the restraining order was lifted.
TMZ was able to get their hands on a pic of Evans, Eason, and Ensley, and everyone appeared to be happy and getting along as they spent time together. Evans also posted a pic from the outing on Instagram, but it was just a solo shot. In the caption she wrote, “I could build a castle out of all the bricks they threw at me.”

When Evans requested a restraining order against Eason, she made some serious accusations of domestic violence that allegedly occurred numerous times. She also noted that his abusive behavior had “escalated” in the months leading up to her split from Eason.
“Because of his recent threats, his history of violence, his erratic behavior and his large stockpile of weapons, I am scared for my life and my children’s well-being,” wrote Evans.
She also had recordings of Eason threatening her, and in one clip Eason says to Evans, “You can die for all I care. You’re a piece of sh*t. Biggest pieces of sh*t I’ve ever seen.”

A judge granted the restraining order and later she had it extended. But, earlier this week Evans had the order dropped so Eason could see Ensley, which is the only child they have together. An insider also claims that Evans and Eason are not rekindling their romance. Apparently, Evans was “tired of going to court,” which she has been in and out of over the past year because of Eason.
In the spring of 2018, MTV fired Evans from Teen Mom 2 after Eason shot and killed the family dog, Nugget. The incident led to CPS removing their children from their home, and Evans and Eason fought to get them back. After multiple court hearings, Evans and Eason were able to win back custody of their children.

Despite being spotted together, insiders say that Jenelle Evans and David Eason are continuing with their divorce, and Evans wishes to co-parent with Eason just like she does with her ex, Nathan Griffith.
