NASA’s first spacewalk of the year also happens to be NASA’s second-ever all-female spacewalk.
Dr Meir and Mrs Koch previously exited the ISS to work on the space station’s batteries on October 18, 2019.
The spacewalk also marked the 221st successful service mission carried out on the ISS in the vacuum of space.

The NASA broadcast will begin around 10.30am GMT (5.30am EST) before Dr Meir and Mrs Koch exit the ISS.
