Abby Hunstman revealed earlier this week that she was exiting from The View to help Jon Huntsman Junior, who’s working on his Utah gubernatorial campaign. With that said, however, other reports have indicated there are different reasons for why she left, one of them being Meghan McCain.
A source who spoke with reporters from Page Six claimed that McCain has been creating a “h*llish work environment,” which many of the cast and crew members find quite distasteful. Reportedly, the other hosts on the series have “lost patience” with McCain, and a few of them no longer speak to her either.
The outlet claims Huntsman is just one of the hosts who isn’t that interested in Meghan’s opinions and behavior anymore. Other insiders have claimed Whoopi Goldberg has even complained about the work environment, but executives haven’t done anything yet.
An insider who spoke to the outlet added, “none of the ladies talk to Meghan now,” also adding that Abby was one of the last to finally give up. The same insider described Meghan as “so rude.” Ironically, Meghan has said on the show repeatedly that she and the other women are great friends.

Ashley Mitchell reported earlier this month that Meghan was “creating a lot of strain” in the working environment. Sources have stated that it was possible Meghan was considering a departure from The View, but other insiders claim it’s not the case.
Reportedly, Meghan frequently disagrees with the other women on The View, but she doesn’t have any intention of leaving anytime soon. The source stated Meghan is very good at handling disputes and conflicts, and the stress doesn’t get to her much.
An insider who spoke with the outlet, HollywoodLife, claimed that while she and the other women on the series don’t always agree or get along, the term “hate” is a little much to characterize how they feel about each other.
Fans of The View know Meghan McCain is the daughter of the late John McCain. Meghan has been criticized for bringing up her father’s name a little too much at times.
