Call of Duty down reports are surging in at the moment with Modern Warfare players reportedly being placed in a queue for server maintenance.
Independent outage monitor Down Detector has today seen a huge spike in Call of Duty down reports.
Out of those affected some 93 per cent are experiencing Call of Duty Modern Warfare server connection issues.
The Down Detector outage map says the Call of Duty Modern Warfare server issues are hitting players in the UK, US and Europe.
The reported Call of Duty Modern Warfare server issues have coincided with the release of a brand new update.
The new Call of Duty Modern Warfare patch is available to download today across all platforms.
At the time of writing the official Activision Support website says Call of Duty Modern Warfare is online.
It also adds that there is no planned server maintenance today.
But that hasn’t stopped Down Detector from registering a peak of over 1,000 Call of Duty down reports.
The latest Call of Duty Modern Warfare server issues were reported after the release of today’s “small update”.
