Emma Willis: ‘What the f**k are they doing?’ The Voice host reacts to co-stars' behaviour

Emma Willis, 43, has presented The Voice UK since 2014 and has seen different stars make up the coaching panel. Having been in her position for many years, the star admitted she regularly disagrees with the judges’ opinions on contestants.

In an interview with this week’s issue of OK! Magazine, the former Big Brother host was asked whether she ever wants to “have a go” at the judges when they don’t turn around.

Emma replied: “No. But there have been points where I’ve just gone, ‘What the f**k are they doing?’ Can they not hear what I can hear?’

“And they can’t hear what I can hear because I don’t have their proper musical ears.”

Emma acknowledged she doesn’t have the expertise as the judges do to make the big decisions on who gets to go through to the next round.

The mother-of-three continued: “The initial reaction is quite hard on them and then we spend a little bit of time together I give cuddles.”

This year’s series of The Voice UK features a huge change as they will be welcomed by new judge, Meghan Trainor.

The US singer is replacing Jennifer Hudson who quit the show following three series’ due to filming commitments.

The Oscar-winner announced on Twitter at the time: “Hey y’all! I’m sad to share that I won’t be able to join my friends in the red chair for @thevoiceuk this season due to filming commitments here in the States.”

Jennifer added: “I sure will miss my UK family, but I’ll be back soon for ‘Cats’ and ‘Respect’! Throw some shoes for me in the mean time.”

Sir Tom Jones, Olly Murs and Will.i.am will be back on the ITV singing competition with newbie Meghan, with the latter recently revealing how excited she is to be joining them.

She said when her new appointment was revealed: “I am so excited and honoured to join Sir Tom, will.i.am and Olly Murs as the new Coach on The Voice UK!

“It’s a dream come true and I can’t wait to sit in the chair with my own button and listen to some incredible new talent!”

Sir Tom recently revealed he has a say in which new coaches join the ITV show, telling The Sun Online: “They just asked me [about Meghan Trainor joining].

“They said: ‘We are thinking of Meghan Trainor’, and then I checked that out. Because she was on a talent show in the States.”

He added: “But yeah really, ever since I have been on the show they have asked – but I won’t tell you the ones that I said no to.”

This week’s issue of OK! Magazine is out now.

The Voice UK airs tonight on ITV at 8.30pm.
