When the First Lady accompanied the US President to an Rx Drug Abuse and Heroin Summit on April 24, 2019, the former model decided to wear a gorgeous white with black polka-dots dress by Alessandra Rich. She chose to accessorise the dress with a thick brown belt and a pair of matching brown court heels.
